Payment Method
All MEEA memberships payments must be made to the Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University (P.O. Box 71400 Dubai, United Arab Emirates) upon acceptance of the Board of Directors, in one of the following methods:
- Online payment through the MEEA website (available as of October, 2010)
- Bank Draft
- Direct transfer to Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University account (National Bank of Dubai - A/C Number: 0151090888),
- Cheques ,(the institution name must be written on the back of the cheque
- Cash in UAE Dirhams only by visiting HBMeU premises.
Memberships are considered official and approved upon receiving of all due membership fees.
Membership Termination
Membership of the Association may end if one of the following cases occur:
- by withdrawal from the Association through sending a written notice. The withdrawal action is considered within two weeks from the receiving of the withdrawal form. In the case of withdrawal no refunds will be made.
- by failing to meet the obligations for more than one year.
- by special case on affiliate members as designated.
- by a decision from the Board of Directors of the Association.
The Board of Directors shall have the power to prescribe the annual contributions or other subscriptions, for the National Representatives. Membership fees or other payments related to admission to, or retention of, other classes of membership of the Association shall be prescribed by the Board of Directors.
