We at Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University are amongst the leading e-learning institutions in the region, to be recognized internationally we aspire to become a catalyst in the discipline of e-Learning and the leader of new blue prints for the Arab World. In our continued efforts to progressively grow e-learning education in the region, the HBMeU has launched the Middle East e-Learning Association to act as a platform for creating awareness, positioning and expanding the use of e-learning in the Middle East and African region

The Middle East e-Learning Association is a regional independent, non-political, non-profit association established for the purpose of providing innovative open educational practices and promoting quality, innovation and transparency in higher and continuing education, and, to develop policies, procedures and practices with respect to the design, development and implementation of e-learning curricula. It has been established to create a dynamic network for the purpose of supporting excellence in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of e-learning.

HBMeU is committed to growing the concept of e-learning and its adoption in a pervasive manner across the whole Middle East region. We aim to continue pioneering and developing appropriate e-learning solutions, relevant concepts and exciting programs
